Terms of Service

1. The service
MKT Playbook is an educational publishing platform on which verified market professionals (“Playmakers”) publish trading ideas (“plays”) to subscribers (“Players”). Players who connect a brokerage account may execute plays through that brokerage. MKT Playbook is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a fiduciary. Nothing published on the platform is investment advice.
2. Risk disclosure
Trading securities involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Do not place any trade you do not understand or cannot afford to lose. Consult a licensed investment adviser before acting on anything you read on MKT Playbook.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction restricts access to securities-related educational content, you must not use the service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid tiers are billed via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android, or our web payment processor for direct sign-ups. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the same channel you signed up through (iOS Settings, Google Play, or your account settings on the web).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute the plays you receive, scrape or systematically copy the service, use the service for any illegal purpose, or impersonate any other user. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
MKT Playbook’s software, design, and aggregate content are owned by Lasso Ventures, Inc. or licensed to it. Plays remain the intellectual property of the authoring Playmaker; we license them from the Playmaker for distribution to Players.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security compromise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lasso Ventures, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of the service.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms by posting an updated version at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted and, where required, communicated by email.
