Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account email, name, payment information), information collected automatically from your use of the service (device type, IP address, usage events), and information from third-party providers you connect (brokerage account identifiers via Alpaca; subscription receipts via Apple, Google, or our web payment processor).
2. How we use information
To operate the service (authenticate you, deliver plays, route trade orders to Alpaca, fulfill subscriptions), improve product quality (analytics, A/B testing, support), comply with legal obligations (recordkeeping, regulatory reporting), and communicate with you about your account, including launch announcements you explicitly opted into.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers under contract (analytics, hosting, payments, error monitoring), with Alpaca when you initiate a trade through us, and when required by law. We do not sell your information. We do not rent our mailing list.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mktpb.com.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for the life of your account plus a retention period required for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Pre-launch email addresses captured before the App Store launch are retained until you ask us to delete them or the launch communication is delivered, whichever is later.
6. Children
MKT Playbook is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
We will post the current version of this policy at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and, where required, communicated by email.
